"Called based on review from angies list and nearby location. Sonny (the owner) came to give estimate and explain work to be done. He was on time for appointment and was polite and professional. Explained that they will soft clean the roof so as not to damage the shingles and would pressure wash the rest. They would bag all the down spouts so runoff would not get into flower beds and would cover any plants that would or could be harmed by the spray. We agreed on a price and a time to do the work. They arrived on schedule, checked if there were any changes in the plan we had discussed and proceded to do the job. Everything that was promised was delivered and roof looks great.
