"Terrible service. Charged me $550+ for a camera service and to "push clog back" on a full septic. Then got septic pumped and still clogged.... They call me and say it's going to cost another $500+ for them to come back out to "push back clog". If it was a full septic then I should have been charged for the camera service and not the "clear clog" fee. They trying to scam people into multiple service calls. DO NOT USE this service. They will keep charging the customer until THEY fix the issue. 0/5⭐. They also stated it was a "threat" when I said they will not be getting a good review from me. Will update with a better company to use shortly."

"The initial installation went fine. They came on time and appeared to be proficient. When job was completed it looked fine and I paid the bill. Before repairman left I happened to look closer at the water filter and it was installed backwards. I pointed it out and he said he'd go get new fittings and return that day. He has never returned. I have called just about everyday for a week. They only have an answering service. The answering service says I'll get a call back. Never happens. I can't recommend using them. I now have to incur additional costs to get it fixed."
