However they did break an overhead window which bordered the deck. Todd said to call him and let him know when I got it repaired and offered a $500 holdback on the quote. I did not hold that against them in my previous review since accidents happen. However when I got the window replaced on July 7, Todd said they would come out the next day to finish the job. I have had no response to my emails or phone messages since. Yesterday (Aug. 20) I went out and bought materials and finished it myself. The window repair cost me $1800."
