"A few years ago, we purchased a home that had been partially flipped. Over the first several months that we lived in the home, we found that the previous owners had intentionally attempted to cover up many water issues in the basement and crawlspace. They were especially kind to one of our sons (10 yrs. old) because he loves all things construction and wanted to observe the work while it was in progress. For the first time since purchasing our home, we have a dry basement & crawlspace. We've never been able to utilize these areas like we had intended due to the constant water issue. "when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition.
