"US Clean was the only company to respond to my request. They got in touch with me right away and got me on their schedule right away, too. The owner came out to assess the issues with our shower tile and sink counter. It took my husband me a little while to get back with them about doing the job, but they were very patient with us. The young man who did the work explained everything and worked diligently for several hours until the work was finished. I feel like the job was priced right. When we get ready to do a full restoration in our bathroom, we will call US Clean."

He brought several samples of a wonderful grout recoloring product he uses (sticks to the grout, but not to the tile) and applied my color choice on a test tile so I could be sure of the look before starting. Dan was very meticulous during the job, going over everything twice to be sure nothing was missed. Whenever I requested something while they were working, he couldn't have been more accommodating. The end result was a wonderful improvement! I am so happy with the new look of the tile and highly recommend Victory Cleaning Systems. I would not hesitate to use this company again as Dan is a nice guy who is very customer service oriented and his and his staffs' work is high quality. "Ryan came out and bid the job. We told him what we wanted, and he made several suggestions. We demoed the kitchen ourselves to save money. We got all new cabinets, cut out half of one wall to open up the dining room and kitchen. We bought the tiles for the backsplash. Cabinet Clad, contracted the drywaller, electrician, and cabinet installer. | |The only negative is that there was never a set time when each subcontractor would arrive on the day specified, so basically, the month long project was a bit taxing, since we had to hang out around here and put so many things on hold. | |The subcontractors were all trustworthy, friendly, and did quality work. |We loved Zach, who installed the cabinets, opened the kitchen by cutting the wall and creating a header. | |Legendary Stone did the granite counters.
