The crew came in and took the old shingles off and started replacing them on the first day. They were able to finish putting the new shingles on and cleaning up the next morning. Most of which was cleaning up and making sure there were no nails or shingles on the ground. The gutters and siding on my new shop had hail damage and had to be replaced. "We just had major hail damage & JPA Construction put on our new roof and worked with our insurance company.  Oh my goodness they started in the morning and they left that day and they were done.  It was a one day job.  They got up there, they tore it all off, they put the new roof on, cleaned up all of the garbage and then the next day they came and got the big trailer out of my driveway.   It was just a 24 hour period.  I didn't worry too awful much about my landscaping because we're due to landscape it anyway and it was November so most everything was dead.  They were very good all along.  The whole thing was easy and smooth."

If the roofing crew have notified myself or the contractor in fixing the issues, it would have been simple. When I did the contract of the roof, I also contracted the gutter to be replaced, and they has not replaced the gutter. "Kevin came out to give us an estimate for new windows and my husband hired him on the spot. We told him that we wanted to get new gutters and gutter covers, but he told us to get our insurance company to look at our roof first before we discuss gutters, because from what he saw there was some damage. He did not even want to discuss gutters, so we booked him for the windows. We ended up getting a new roof and new gutters from our insurance company that they installed for us and they all look great.
