I was very hesitant to have my floors refinished because of all of the stories about what a big mess it was due to all of the dust. Ryan assured me that he had the equipment that really reduced the dust from sanding the floors. He was right. We are delighted with our â newâ floors! "I'm not sure about value for the money. I felt they were high, but I don't really know. They replaced the sub floor around the toilets in 2 bathrooms and replaced all the sub floor in another. Charged 1800. We were in a real bind and they did it on a Saturday."
