"Within 2 hours of submitting a request for a quote, Wes called me and scheduled time to stop by the next day, which was a Sunday! I needed both central air systems replaced and his quote was significantly less than the other quotes I received. He was exceedingly knowledgeable and helped me select the right replacement system. His team was excellent during the installation process and highly professional. A month after the installation, there was a minor issue with one of the units (manufacturer defect). I contacted Wes and his team was out the next day and had it fixed. I've owned 9 homes over the years and worked with LOTS of HVAC companies. Wes and his team of professionals are hands down the BEST I've ever worked with."

"Sorry to be so late with this review. Just as we were preparing to leave town in mid-July, 2018 our air conditioner stopped working . We called Matthew Roberts. One man came out and worked for quite a while, he called someone else they both tried several fixes, but nothing worked. We had an idea of how much a whole new AC would cost so when they gave us a quote we were ready to decide. They came out and installed the entire Trane system, inside and out, in one day so it was working when we left town. Very professional, neat, friendly and took old system away. Since then we've had a couple of issues: a snake got in the electronics of the outside unit, shut it down and a couple of other service calls were handled extremely quickly and most with no charge because unit was under warranty. Michael was often the repairman and we were extremely pleased with his work and service."

"Efficient, clean and prompt service. Obtained bids from 4 companies including the one I was using for 30 years and Cool Zone A/C came in with the best price, best warranty and overall the most up to date A/C product. They arrived on time and finished the installation ahead of schedule"

"Mario and his team did an amazing job with my A/C repair work, also with the installation of a new unit at my church. Mario went over every detail to ensure our knowledge of the equipment operating properly. The team was very professional, efficient and exceeded my expectations. The price was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend them."

"Installation went perfect. Installer was punctual, quick but thorough and very polite. *This review was migrated from an affiliated account on Angi with an original submission date of 12/12/2017."

"Ken Marcus, the technician who performed the work, was highly professional and courteous. He completed the work in the time frame promised, including the recommendation and installation of a germicidal unit inside the air handler. Ken indicated that the germicidal unit was 99.9% effective in the killing and removal of mold, spores and bacteria from the A/C system. This would be of great help in the improvement of air quality inside the home, as well as prolong system life. Ken cleaned up thoroughly when the job was completed."

"Went Exceptionally well, Got several bids and Monarch by far the lowest. They also include replacing copper lines as part of the bid because it is a better way of doing things (other quotes did not). Got a great reasonable price, but was wondering about installation since that can make or break any system. Could not have been happier with crew that installed. Experienced, professional and friendly. Did the little extra things (like vacuum out the install area). Definitely knew what they were doing. Shawn very easy to deal with and came out to check on progress. Got a programmable thermostat to boot. Surprisingly positive experience--would highly recommend."

"Overall, Mike and his team at Air 1 did a fantastic job! No bait and switch games. Theu have swapped out my 3 tons hestpump condenser and air handler. Professional installation from start to finished. I would highly recommend them!"

"5+ STAR SERVICE!!! Our A/C went out at 10pm and I made one phone call to Service Star they diagnosed the issue over the phone and told me what I needed to do in order to have our unit run efficiently overnight. Our coil was leaking and unit was frozen. Since our unit was 10 years old we opted to replace the entire unit including exterior and interior with new WiFi digital thermostat. They walked us through the most energy efficient option for our home. They came out early today and installed the new unit! Talk about SERVICE! WOW! The unit was installed in under 4 hours and my house began cooling instantly. WHAT a difference this unit makes and we are super impressed with how quite it is. We are THRILLED! THANK YOU SERVICE STAR!"

"All the reviewers are correct- Iron Air responded quickly to my inquiry and did a great job installing my new HVAC. They actually showed up on time, were professional and courteous and cleaned up the areas. Very impressed all around, would highly recommend"
