I had a call from them within minutes of my inquiry and then a follow up call scheduling the appointment for Monday. I called them on Saturday. I got a return call that said they would be able to come out on Sunday. A technician was at my home on Sunday to do a detailed diagnosis and then returned on Monday to do a complete replacement of our tankless water system. Additionally, since there was so much work, he returned on Tuesday to complete the job and cancelled a personal appointment to make it happen. I was very pleased with their wok and value."

"Everything went perfectly. Edgar showed up right on time. Actually, 15 minutes early. He came with bright lights to see under the sink. He diagnosed the problem within minutes and showed me exactly where the leak was. Then he told me he could fix it right then and there, which I wasn't even expecting. We agreed on the price. I asked him how long it would take, and he told me around 20 minutes, and he had the materials with him. He went down to his truck, came right back with the materials, went right to work, and less than half an hour later, he told me to come see it was finished. He turned the water on and..... no leak!! All fixed. Afterwards, he collected the old materials and took them away. We tested it once again and...no leak!!! Perfect. Why aren't all contractors like this?
