"He was great. I called a couple of people, but he came over because I had leaks. He said this is your problem and showed me that I needed double flashing. He was very detailed and walked around back and found the same problem in the back. He showed me the house next door and how they had the same problem too. I actually did have leaks in the back so I understood it. He gave me a price of $7,800. He asked if I wanted to repair the front leaks or the whole thing and I said you might as well do all of it. He said that as he tore the roof off he would let me know if he ran into any problems. In the front he did run into a problem because the boards underneath in the front were all wet. He had to take them all off and replace them and he told me how much more it would be, and that was fine. I called them the other day to tell them how nice it was to only see the rain on the outside."
