"Within a day or two of our inquiry, owner/manager Kyle Hodges was here to evaluate our problem and give an estimate for the work he discussed with us. Although we live in a townhouse, the record-breaking Maryland rainfall and the slant of the front lawn toward our foundation had caused serious water build up at our foundation and threat to overflow into the basement.. For several weeks we had been bailing rainwater round the clock from the trench that had formed at the front of our home and using dozens of paper towel rolls to absorb water. Kyle saw the seriousness of the problem, brought his co-worker Matt who would do the work to help plan their project and scheduled a date. Matt was excellent and very thorough. So far the work they did has solved the problem successfully, and we look forward to their return in the spring for more corrective landscaping. Marvin Padilla explained every possible layout and option and really took the time to listen to our design. No high-pressure sales tactics, just quality, friendly proposal. We hired them to do a front garden retaining wall and a patio in the back. Day of installation the crew of 6 show up and hit the ground running; took them 1 1/2 days to complete both jobs and we couldn't be happier with the results. On the project day, his dad Reggie and a small crew installed the pavers to perfection. They were all so friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure everything looked beautiful. They spread grass seed not only on the areas they disturbed, but on many other bare spots around our lawn, without my even asking.
