"We have used them for several projects now. The price is reasonable and they care about your satisfaction. They are responsive to our needs and have come back to do touch ups whenever we needed it. Adam and his crew are polite and it's a pleasure to do business with them. Will recommend them time and again."

"We are very pleased with our new deck roof project. It turned out even better than we even thought it would. Your installation crew of Ricardo and T.J. were awesome to work with, and were very courteous as well as professional. They both were willing to take time and explain the process of the construction, and ask if we had any concerns or questions. Your office staff was courteous and we were able to communicate with them via e-mail and telephone. Thank you for a job well done, we are looking forward to many happy years enjoying our new deck roof."

"I interviewed several contractors for my main bathroom remodel and chose VKB for their professionalism, design, and overall approach to the process. My objective was to have a large shower with a seat since the existing shower was the size of a phone booth and the bathroom configuration presented challenges. From the very first meeting with the design consultant, BURJU, I was impressed with her ideas and suggestions and her willingness to work within my established budget. She didn't recommend or suggest unnecessary or unwanted over the top items that would have blown my budget. Project manager, JASON, was on top of everything, stayed in touch with me almost daily, made sure I had all the correct cabinets and fixtures, provided me with his cell number, and asked each time if I had any questions. Last and certainly not least, MARVIN, the wonderful person who actually did all the nitty gritty hard work, worked nonstop to give me the bathroom of my dreams. I've never seen anyone work so hard and with the precision and perfectionism as he did. I absolutely love my new bathroom and would not hesitate to hire this team again. If you want beautiful, quality work, VKB is the place to go."

"Reliable Property Solutions LLC is an excellent company. We had a major home renovation completed at a very reasonable cost. The renovation included every room in our home from the attic to the basement. We were able to have our 1st floor change to the open concept, and a powder room was also added to our 1st floor layout. A fourth bedroom was installed in our renovated basement. Believe me every inch of our home was renovated. There was not a room that did not receive some type of renovation. It s just like we re living in a brand new home. From the start to the finish we experience outstanding professionalism and excellent customer service that went beyond our expectation. Our needs for this major renovation was thoroughly discussed which included the design, construction, a detailed breakdown cost of labor and materials. All questions were thoroughly answered. Our newly renovated home is gorgeous and breathtaking. We have received so many compliments from people who have visit or seen pictures of our home. We have referred them to Reliable Solutions Property LLC. We have established an excellent relationship, and is looking forward to them returning for our final project which is installing our backyard deck and vinyl fence. We have already received a proposal from them. If you re looking for quality work, service, professionalism, and timeliness then I highly recommend you contacting Reliable Property Solutions LLC. You won t regret making that call!"

"AES renovated two bathrooma and a half-bath for us. They have a thorough process and a caring, responsive team. Our project began with a detailed review of our wish list and cost estimate. The designer took us shopping for beautiful modern finishes that fit our style and budget. The installers/builders are highly skilled, worked efficiently and perfectly, and checked with us throughout the process if details needed to be ironed out. The Project Engineer stopped by several times for status checks both during the job and after completion. At the end of the job, we were left with an amazing transformation of our rooms into beautiful, functional spaces that are structurally superior to the original build."

"Briscoe Job Well Done, LLC provided prompt, professional, and efficient porch repair services. The billing process was simple and easy to manage. I highly recommend this company for all home service needs. The team is responsive and always available to answer any questions. Mr. Briscoe and his crew were absolutely the best! My family is truly impressed with the porch and how it has enhanced the functionality of our home. Thank you!"

"GTL Remodeling was disappointing because Keith Hallam, their representative, seemed to be very knowledgeable and wasb the first to come to the house inn order to provide a quoten but after promising a quote by Oct. 11 orb at the latest Oct. 14,, I have still not received a quote or heard from them at all. Keith also promised that his company could complete the job before Christmas. I think that he discovered they could not keep his promise and chose not to submit a quote. This is very poor customer service and If I cant depend on them keeping their word, then I cant depend on them at all."

"This review is for the Champion in Baltimore, Maryland (Essex area).  I don't know if all Champions would offer the same quality and customer service.  First of all, I would like to say that we love our sunroom.  It faces the woods behind our property and we have enjoyed watching the wildlife....birds, groundhogs, squirrels and even deer.  The 4-season Champion sunroom is solidly built and has the feel of a true addition rather than just a porch.  We had their vinyl beadboard installed on the ceiling and the house wall.  Instead of the carpeting they offered, we installed our own Pergo wood laminate floor which turned out great.  An electrician installed a ceiling fan, electrical outlets and a wall light for an additional cost.  We did not get the heat pump that they offered--we are trying a space heater and fan since we have some heating/air conditioning coming into the sunroom with the French doors open.  All the staff was helpful, polite and professional.  Did everything go perfectly?  Does it ever on a big project?  The French door installers started to install the door backward from what we wanted--luckily we caught them in time and it was possible to correct.  One window was defective in that it had handprints inside the 2 glass panes, but Champion quickly replaced it. Overall, the project took 5 weeks (it could have been shorter) and went well.  We truly enjoy the extra space and relaxing/scenic view. Our three cats are thrilled also."
