We also had our 1st floor reconfigured with a wall removal and a master ensuite established. With a project of this size there are challenges and Bill and his team worked as professionals through each one. The quality of build that Bill and his team establishes is top notched and stands with the best in the business, We did have some hurdles with finishing details, however, with continued communication with Bill and some realignment, the project came out better than our expectations. "I highly recommend DDR. There are so many contractors out there and it is difficult to know what youâ ll get when you hire someone, from the quality of the work to the level of communication. This team did a great job from start to finish, and delivered a beautiful new space for my family. We selected DDR after getting multiple bids to update our walk-out basement into a more livable space. Key in this selection -- the price was competitive, and the team seemed attentive to the project needs as outlined. I had a tight budget and relatively aggressive timeline for this project. Admittedly the timeline was impacted by a few things that were out of DDRâ s control, including the Town building inspectorâ s schedule and a delivery delay (a new window arrived damaged and had to be reordered.) Nevertheless, the team stayed on budget and delivered a wonderful new basement. What a great project team -- led by Alex, the team (including John + Angel) truly transformed a dark dingy space into a bright fresh room. Alex was very thoughtful in suggesting options that would improve things and was exceptionally attentive to detail. He was super responsive to any texts or questions. In particular, I appreciated his high level of â perfectionismâ in how the finished product turned out. For phase 2, we need some custom cabinetry built for the space and I look forward to having the DDR team return to work on this next phase."

"Plow and Property has completed several projects for us on a very old and neglected rental property and we are so glad we found them. The first job was a vacant house clean out. The house was left in truly appalling condition. The cleaning crew worked and worked and worked so hard and so long I was telling them to stop. They made a filthy house fresh and pleasant again. I would not have thought it could be restored to such a fresh condition. The next job was replacing the old casement windows which were rotted wood frames in crumbly 1950â s cement. They not only repaired the window foundation area but other foundation ugly spots as well and put in beautiful new sturdy basement sliding windows. They also re-dug and replaced the adjoining window wells which were undoubtedly the original wells and were falling apart. Regraded the foundation area around the wells and reseeded without being asked. While they were in the basement doing the windows they cleaned a bunch of that up too so itâ s no longer a horror movie waiting to be filmed down there. Everything they did was simply above and beyond. Wesley Vercosa has returned my many questions and concerns with lots of information and smiles, bless him. My retired husband worked in construction for many years and he is happy and impressed with the work. We are planning more work with them already."
