"A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."

"Perfectly. Let's start that Tim does the work himself. He takes his shoes off in your home. He did a perfect job, gave a very fair estimate (I had received 3 and he was right in the middle). While giving us the estimate, he was courteous, professional and explained all that you needed to know. We have removable window grates, he takes those off and puts them back on himself. He was incredibly clean..heck, he vacuumed the window grates! If all contractors were like this, we would not need Angie's list. <br />"

"This is my favorite place to go for an automatic car wash.  I even go out of my way to get my car cleaned there.  The car always comes out clean (as it should) and  the wash has never caused any body or paint damage.  If after going through the wash, you feel the car did not come out clean, they will let you go through again.  Once you exit the wash there are amply pay vacuums to complete the car cleaning. <br />"
