"Calls were returned promptly.  A fee is charged for an estimate.  If you proceed with the estimated repairs, the estimate is credited against the total charges for the repairs.  The work was scheduled for a specific date and time and was completed exactly as promised.  The roof was shingled in 2001 and EJS found the exact shingles used so that the repair is entirely invisible.  The source of the leak turned out to be improper initial installation of the shingles around the vent stack by another roofing company.  All the interactions with EJS were professional and they let me know they stand behind the work they have done.  I would use this company again because of their obvious expertise, skill, dependability and courtesy.

"We are so happy that we went with a local company for our hail damaged roof replacement. From the time we met with Rob, the owner, until our roof replacement was complete was one week. His crew was very nice, respectful, efficient and receptive to my observations / requests. I watched the entire tear off and most of the install and had absolutely no complaints about the manner in which the crew worked. They worked very hard and were very meticulous in their clean-up. We enjoy and maintain the gardens and flower beds around our house and had absolutely no complaints with how they treated our property. There were anywhere from 12-15 workers at any point in time on our roof (house and garage). Although Rob was not on scene for his crew’s work, he was reachable by phone/text all the time and immediately responded to my texts regarding a couple areas I asked to be addressed, even sending a couple crew members out on a Sunday to touch up a cosmetic issue. While we are still waiting for the downspouts and gutter guards to be replaced we now have a 25 year transferable warranty on our roof and their work completely stopped a leak we had been trying to fix for 2 years. "I contacted Dave Hernandez about providing an estimate on fixing a leak in my attic due to a bad roof ridge vent. - He was out the same day I called and provided an honest assessment of the problem and life expectancy of my roof. (A different company was trying to sell an entire new roof when it wasn’t required.) - His estimate to replace the roof ridge vent was better than others and showed fair pricing. - Since my house had a pending offer, he moved in the work date to support my commitment to the buyer and did not price gouge me to do so. - He went up himself into the attic to perform some clean up since I was experiencing some health issues and showed me a picture of the final result which looked great. - There were no surprise additional costs or fees at the end and they cleaned up their mess. - I would certainly work with Affordable Pro Roofing again and highly recommend them to others. "We had a tree come through our bedroom after a major storm in our area. It had taken us a long time to get our roof repaired, and our GM at the time was having trouble finding drywall contractors for the interior, as many other houses in the area were affected. Having to take matters into my hands, I ended up calling three contractors in the area. Brian from ABE answered right away and came over to inspect that afternoon. I found him easy to talk to, and he answered all of my questions. We were scheduled to begin work within two weeks, with work starting this past week. He has shown up on time every day and has basically met all of the timelines he has set for himself. He has been agreeable to providing all of the necessary documentation for insurance purposes. I'm no expert, I don't have major storm damage to fix every day, but I ran the pricing by both my insurance adjuster and general contractor, and they both agree that it was a reasonable price. They also agreed to do the painting, which we have had rooms painted before, and again, I would say the price was very reasonable. The work that has been performed so far looks great. They've installed the drywall and put on the mud layer. There is still texturing and painting yet to go. Will report back once work is complete, but so far have been pleased by the responsiveness, punctuality, and work quality from ABE."
