After a long time of wait-and-see with nothing happening Rand M Carpet came out to restretch it and did a wonderful job. He called to see if he could come out earlier than planned and I was thrilled to get it done earlier. We had agreed upon the price when he did his first job at our home. Very reasonable. He and his helper moved the furniture as needed."

He then went over paperwork, and then told me he was going out to mix up the best formula to clean my flooring. He then just quietly went about cleaning carefully around furniture and took extra care with newly painted walls (without being asked to). <br /> Over the years that I have used Clean In A Wink I have always asked for Ryan, and because the company's turn over is apparently so low, he was always there. But, because he was great also, he has been promoted and working in another capacity. I had forgotten to ask for him this time, and Josh stepped in and did an exemplary job even getting out a carpet stain that I had given up on. <br />"
