This was a big project, he carpeted my bedroom, put wood laminate flooring in the whole place, and my bathroom too. . His assistant was awesome as well, and I wood be thrilled to have the both of them back to my home. Oh, and the floors look amazing. Just amazing. He was very responsive from start to finish, explained everything very thoroughly, finished the job in the time given all at a very competitive and reasonable price. "We hired The Red Leaf Company to paint the exterior off our one story home in May 2019. They did a poor job, and had to be called back three times to complete the work. The crew were under pressure from the owner to complete the job quickly. They focused on speed rather than quality, did not do adequate preparation, and worked in weather conditions that made it impossible to do the job well. The worst problems were caused by spraying the paint on a windy day and not masking the windows and door hardware. This led to white paint being oversprayed on every window and large areas of the roof that is dark charcoal in color, and was installed only 18 months ago. The windows were cleaned up in one of the call backs. The roof is a different story. I noticed two areas of the roof had been over spayed and told the painter. He was going to ignore the mistake and hoped I would not notice. When I brought it to his attention, he tried to fix the problem by spaying black paint on to the shingles. He was somewhat successful in one area in the back, but the overspray in the front of the house was too severe to be covered that way. The owner Jordan Frazier asked that I get the roofing company out and replace the shingles that were over sprayed with black paint. When the roofing guy came he replaced the some of the shingles but found that large areas of the roof had been over spayed with white paint. Therefore, the new shingles in the small area he replaced do not match. The roofer took pictures that clearly show the overspray. I have repeatedly requested by email and phone for Jordan to fix the roof. He does not respond to my emails, and has not come out to assess the problem. The contract also stated caulk would be applied to all butt joints between siding and trim with 100% silicone caulking, and that moderate holes and cracks would be filled with exterior-grade wood filler. None of this was done. There are broken shakes that should have been replaced, but were not. I believe this was due to Jordan not communicating the details of the job to the painters, since when we asked them about it they seemed surprised that we expected those things to be done. I certainly would not recommend anyone to hire his company to do any painting."

"They were quick to get back to me and come to see the project. The estimate was given to me promptly. Once the estimate was approved they immediately call to schedule a date. Not only that they did complete the work and do a great job they were the best estimate I receive for the job. I will definitely recommend them to complete your construction project. "

"They left gaps and installed small pieces of wood in the stairs instead of a sole step in each step section when I asked them to come and inspect the job the inspector started jumping in the stairs stating they were sturdy. Now that the season changes all the wood has expanded and compress and look awful $10K in the trash. Had to get another vendor to repair the problem. Empire doesn?t do the job they hired little mom?s and pop?s contractor to do the job"
