"The process was fine, I.e., ordering was easy & they were shipped before the date they originally specified. These pads were fine for my kitchen table, which has a rustic, uneven surface. If I was ordering pads for a fine dining table (I.e., an antique or high end table), I would use another company. I've seen higher quality pads for those types of tables. "This is the second time I have contracted with Quality Counts Painting and both experiences were outstanding. In this case, I had just completed some bathroom remodeling and needed to have the room painted. It also seemed like a good time to have the trim refreshed. I thought with my deep-pile, light-colored Frieze carpet painting base boards would be a challenge but it didn't seem to phase Pat. I had not expected it but as they found caulking around doors and windows in need of repair they fixed it. Selecting a paint color to match the new bathroom tile presented a challenge for me. Dennis brought paint chips and suggested a couple of options. He acquired samples and helped me make a selection. I had previously decided that I wanted a faux finish on the walls. Tom did all the prep work and base coats before Dennis came in to do the sponging. Great results!! Tom and Pat were here for the bulk of the project. I cannot compliment them enough on their professionalism, work ethic, and skill. Besides all that they were just fun to be around. Great crew and terrific results ... I could not be happier."

Brandon was diligent in repairing all items that needed to be done before installing the ceramic tiles around the shower and the bathroom flooring. These repairs are only items that you can know once you start demolishing. Brandon did more I think than what he signed up for in doing the necessary repairs. He is good in what he does! Great experience. Dan and his wife Tania came out to give me the estimate on the window work. While here, I asked  about the concrete work and was told Adam ( the son) could also do that type of work. I went with the company for both repairs.
Dan and Adam came at the agreed time, did both repairs. Also, great clean-up, only evidence of their being here is the good looking work!
