"Troy, as the owner and the person who actually performs the work, has total control over the work and pride in protecting the reputation of his company. The attitude and performance of Troy and his tremendous assistant was so refreshing. Neat, conscientious, and not satisfied until everything is exactly right. He was willing to rearrange his schedule to get our job done prior to us hosting quests in our home. Troy communicated repeatedly to keep us informed as to when he would be coming and what we should expect in terms of how he would handle the job. He came prepared with a trailer supplied with anything he could possibly need to be able to insure he could accomplish the job no matter what complications may arise. His professional approach and super Friendly and thorough attitude gave me real confidence in his work. Troyâ s outstanding assistant is a diligent worker and asked to help us reset our rooms where we had moved items to provide space for installing the ceiling fans. She not only thoroughly vacuumed but set furniture back in place and remade beds. What a delightful surprise. After working a number of hours and completing their main job, Iâ m sure Troy and his awesome assistant were ready to get out of here and get home. However, they patiently investigated an electrical issue we asked them to analyze and correct. The attitude of both Troy and his wonderful assistant remained so positive and stayed on task until they were able to discover the complicated problems and correct what someone previously had set up wrong with some outlets and wiring. We could not have been more pleased with the quality of work and the manner in which they accomplished it. So very impressed with their work. We are now enjoying four rooms with ceiling fans and his correction of the shoddy work of others in our sun room lighting and bathroom outlets. I highly recommend Troy and, due to my firsthand experience, am thankful I now can provide a reference to my friends and colleagues when they need quality work at their residence . Though we only had Troy do some electrical work and installs, I learned that he has expertise in a number of other areas as well. Whatever he does Iâ m convinced that it will be done thoroughly and done right. I will definitely use him again."

He spent plenty of time working with us during the quote process to assure us he was able to do the work. He was easy to schedule with and he arrived and did the work just as planned. Quality of his work was outstanding and he was very careful to cut holes in my wall in such a way that they were easy to repair afterwards. So it will only take me a few minutes to finish the patching. He left the space clean and worked with the same level of care that I would have. "Wonderfully! Dennis's team did a fabulous job and painted everything beautifully. They are polite, fast, friendly and clean up the mess - you can't even tell they were there painting. They are also very contentious about the work being done and won't just leave things just "OK" - my bedroom needed 3 coats instead of 2 and Pat didn't just leave it the way it was, she wanted me to be happy (no extra charge). This is the second time I've used Quality Counts and they are going to come back to paint my kitchen/family room/hallway/stairs and laundry room. I highly recommend them - Dora and Dennis are very accommodating for scheduling as well."
