"West Shore Home replaced my bathtub with a walk in shower. Expensive addition but well worth the investment. Jon H, Brett C, & Alex P. put in a long day's work. The shower is beautiful. The water in my 4 unit condo building had to be turned off for a bit. The team worked with the master plummer to get everyone notifed. Also, during the demolition tiles in an adjacent bath were damaged and an overhead light was broken. The tiles were reset before the end of the day. I received a new light for my shower which was installed today. Thank you West Shore Home!"

"Our project was the removal of a large Kohler walk-in handicapped bath tub and replacing it with a custom designed shower. Timothy Baker, the installer, could not have been better in any way. Tim was completely professional and dedicated, even staying very late the last evening to complete the job. "We were extremely fortunate to have Rob leading the renovation of the entire first floor of our 3k+ sq/ft home. It was a huge job; starting with the removal of a load baring wall in our kitchen. This specific task required several sub contractors that Rob coordinated with and executed flawlessly. Some other large tasks were assembling and installing wood cabinets (including soft close glides and hardware), installing vinyl plank flooring, custom range hood, custom stairway, custom wet bar, custom French doors and pocket door, bathroom vanity, and redesigning a fireplace mantle. Many of these tasks were not traditional requests, but Rob was more than willing to try new techniques to meet our specific needs. We really appreciated his positive attitude and genuine passion for his work. It should also be noted that we lived in our house full time while the renovation took place (to include our 3 young boys, ages 5,3 and 1.) Rob and his team went above and beyond to make sure our family could function in the kitchen at all times. They were also extremely patient and kind with our very curious boys. Rob and his team became our boys favorite people! We definitely plan to use Rob again for future home projects."

"I had big, big plans for a small bathroom and Brian didn't disappoint; he was a joy to work with and a pleasure to be around. My bathroom had to be gutted from the ceiling to the floor, and I wanted to go from a shower/tub combo with a closet, to a walk-in shower with a half wall, pedestal bathtub and 5 foot vanity - all in a 8' x 6.5' space. Brian was amazingly innovative when faced with a challenge, and believe me, with such a tight fit, there were many, many challenges! I don't know if we share the same taste or if he's just that intuitive, but he created exactly what I envisioned. I now have a bathroom that would look at home in any Indian Hill mansion - my only regret is that I didn't take his advise to install a pocket door. That way you could see inside the entire bathroom as you walk by....it's that beautiful."
