"Customer Svc (calling into the office for scheduling/ followup) huge pain. The scheduling process is tedious. They pummel you with a barrage of emails, texts, phone calls. Their price is double other reasonable specific providers vs local handyman providers. I went with these guys based on their claim they *fix/repair* any minor defects. My oversized gutters were new a few years b4 service. I cleaned the gutters myself up until Ned Stevens work. I thought the check and fix was a good decision. As a result of this work, I now have downspouts separating from the gutter that I cannot fix myself. I expected much more for $190. Their *deals* $7 off , 10% off offer no value in my opinion."

"I had 3 different roofing companies provide me quotes for the job. Fusion was similary priced with another, but 25% less than the most expensive. Our house had a new roof installed by the previous owner on about 2/3 of the roof but the metal roof still was in place on parts of the house painted with aluminum fiber paint and box gutters. I wanted a consistent look to the house -i.e tear out old roof and replace to match the rest of the house, replace box gutters around porch and then on another piece of the roof remove box gutters entirely and replace with modern hanging gutters. 
The job was done as expected, and just as importantly they did an A+ job of cleaning up the job site. Too many roofers leave too much trash (especially nails) - not so with Fusion. I found that their communication was good and having dealt with box gutters for over 10 years on a different house I really like the way the finished the job.
