"Cutting Edge did work for me a few years ago. They did a walkway using concrete pavers, extended downspouts, and installed a catch basin. I wanted to wait a bit after the installation before I did a review - didn't mean to wait this long. The installation went great. Cutting Edge was communicative before work was started and afterward when I had questions. Right after the project was done, a few of my neighbors noted how nice the walkway looked. The walkway still looks good and is in great shape. I've also had no issues with the downspouts or catch basin."

Portillo Construction and received a very prompt response.  We had no problem arranging for an estimate, which was done promptly and on-time.  The price was much, much cheaper than a "handyman" company had quoted.  The work was done over a two-day period.  They showed up when they said they would, which is always refreshing!  We were really impressed by how well JPC's team integrated the new bricks into the existing structure.  The mortar is currently slightly lighter than the old mortar, but it will presumably discolor (and more closely match the old) over time.  We can always stain it if not.  JPC was in contact from the beginning to the end and even followed up to ensure e were content with the work.  Clean up and all was fantastic.  Very professional, and I highly recommend."

"There is no words to extend the gratitude I will for Basement Masters Waterproof. For so many years I have water issues (drainage) on my basement, even after I hire 3 times a contractor to provide me a solution, that contractor inform me that I have to install multiple sump pumps on the basement to resolve this problem however water was still an issue (never resolve). Until I contact Randall Butterfield from Basement Waterproofing. After a few meeting with him, we determine that this is the guy we need to hire. He explain me the pros and cons on we need to consider when you have water issues on the basement. He is very knowledge, reliable and serious about his work. After a few weeks of work the final product was exceeding our expectations. It being 10 months since they finish the work and I have to tell you, there is NO even a drop in our basement. The other part of the project was to build a concrete wall (knee wall) to support one side of the house that foundation was getting weak, the soil under footer was getting erosion by the water getting into the basement and making the footer to collapse, therefore he built a knee wall under the footer to support, and and the end the problem was solved. "Over eight months ago, Dominic was one of three estimates I received for asphalt paving of my driveway. His pricing was right in the middle, but what made me choose his company was Dominic himself. His professionalism, transparency, and honesty stood above the other companies. There was an immediate level of trust. On the day the work was scheduled, his team arrived on time, was respectful of the property, and completed the task within the time they estimated. No issues, no surprises. They did an outstanding job. Fast forward six months. I noticed the driveway was sinking, and I called Dominic to take a look. He came over to the house immediately and instantly saw that the Issue was not the asphalt, but potentially a sewer line. I brought in a plumbing firm who confirmed the issue, that the sewer line was collapsing and bringing down the dirt and asphalt above it. To make a long story, just a bit shorter, when I told Dominic what the situation was and the cost of the repair, he stepped right up and offered to re-pave the driveway at no cost. He said he understood how expensive that job was and he’d be happy to help out. You do not get that type of compassion and customer service these days. Dominic is a true believer in doing what is right for his customers and goes beyond the dollars and cents."
