The work was delayed by weather, but was quickly rescheduled. They completely removed the original concrete driveway, installed a bed of stone, and a steel framework. The following day, they installed, graded (so water runs off to the street), and broom textured the driveway. They were respectful of the plants around the driveway. "It went very well. William came to my home, measured and set up a date. My driveway was larger than the 150 square feet allowed for the $1400.00 deal; and I wanted it widened a bit so the cost was more. Laying concrete has to be scheduled for when the concrete company can deliver so it was delayed a couple of days which was fine as the weather cooled off. William and his men arrived at the scheduled time, double-checked the frame for accuracy and did a fine job. The new driveway looks great. Yes, I would use them again."

"After finding Tillerman Gardens online and requesting an estimate for substantial hardscape/landscape work on our newly renovated house, we were pleasantly surprised to find out that Jesse, the owner, actually grew up in our neighborhood! On top of being a Takoma Park local, and an all around friendly, honest, business owner, we also came to learn that he does great work as well! His team completely transformed our hardscape areas, including installing a beautiful flagstone walkway and patio, a perfectly graded cement driveway, iron railings on our steps, and plants in a number of locations. On top of that, some of the work required some touch up and sealing and Jesse and his team have come out a couple of times later this spring to do that work unprompted. There's a little bit left, but I know they'll be around to finish it as they've taken care of us every step of the way. Even better, everything was done in budget. Look no further!
