"Outstanding work ethic, knowledge, and skills. Built a back porch from the ground up and the workmanship is amazing!! Built cabinet inside complete with sink. Screened area in and placed my husbands griddle inside. He went above and beyond that. Repaired wood and wrapped outside of house before replacing the siding AND windows. So detail oriented and does nothing he wouldn’t put his name on. We hope to depend on him for years to come , as does our family!!"

"John replaced and fixed floor joists, Repaired work that AFS messed up. (their jacks were leaning , some didn't even touch the beams.) They cracked Joists because of improper work. John fixed all of that and leveled the floor they were suppose to do for far less than the $10,000.00 they charged. He explained everything he did along the way and took pictures of the work under the house to show us as we are elderly and cant go under there. I won't hire anyone else to do any repairs for us. Price is right and work is outstanding."
