"We had 3 bids that we thought were costly. called the carpet network and kanden was our salesman. He came out to Waterloo Illinois because we just inherited a house out here. He showed us a great carpet and padding and gave us an unbeatable price!! He was very professional and friendly. There was some pet damage so he recommended to seal the floor with kilz. Ron and Tom did great on the installation they were kind and did outstanding work! Highly recommend. Went above and beyond to make sure we were very happy with the whole process. "new The real expertise of this company is installing and refinishing wood flooring. They are a small family-owned business who has been doing hardwood floor for many years. For our purposes though we needed to replace our water-damaged Pergo kitchen floor and were not satisfied with doing business with some of the larger flooring companies. I asked if they would take this on and they came out, provided samples and gave us a written replacement estimate. They schedule a start date. Took up the old Pergo flooring and then discovered many additional layers of flooring that should have been taken up with the original Pergo install. They went the extra mile and remove it all and then discovered mold form the water damage. They did the job right and handled the mold. Even got an air cleaner machine loaned to us for several days to ensure the mold was out of the air in our home. The install took a bit longer due to these obstacles, but we are very pleased with the install and are enjoying our beautiful new floor -- we would definitely recommend this company to others."
