"I called Mr. Rooter because I had called another Plumbing company to come out the night before and they were a no show.  They were extremely friendly over the phone.  I called at approx 8AM and said they'd be able to come out by 11AM.  They called at about 9:30 to say someone was available to come out now and I said that was perfect.  They arrived at 10AM.

Jason was the plumber who arrived and he was very very friendly and professional.  I told him the problem and we discussed pricing up front.  I had a coupon which he said they would definitely honor.  He immediately got to work.  He wore footies over his shoes while in the house.  He worked diligently and answered all of my questions.  After about an hour and being certain the line was clear he cleaned up, we took care of payment which was exactly what was discussed beforehand, and he was on his way.

A very pleasant and hassle free experience.  I will definitely be calling Mr. Rooter for the Franklin County area again for any plumbing needs and would recommend them to anyone needing this kind of work.

The job also comes with a 30 day warranty which I thought was great and definitely put my mind at ease just in case something happened again."

"This is a good company to deal with. James, the owner, was out within one hour to diagnose our problem. The next morning the technicians, Brian and Josh were out to take care of our drain issues. Brian made a point of showing me the camera footage of the main drain. The did a great job on the main and two other drains. They also cleaned up very well when they were done. Brian also noticed an issue with our bathtub stopper and fixed it without an extra charge. The pricing was transparent. They have a nice email notice system and called when they were on the way. The three men I worked with were all very professional and easy to deal with. I would not hesitate to use them again. Phil Lykens"

"They did get the job done. Problem was 2 weeks ago it was clogged with "flushable" wipes and yesterday another wad of wipes. I literally stopped using them before ever calling the plumbers realizing they were the issue. He fixed the clog free this time but insinuated the idea that it was my fault. Unless they got stuck in the pipes on the way to the basement not my fault for the second time. Unsure about hiring again."

"Mike came and unclogged our main rainwater (underground) drain, which is over 100 feet long. He then cleaned out the lines going from three downspouts to the main line. Excellent! Then he said "why don't I clean out all your lines while I'm here". So he did, showing me how each line was dirty, even though not stopped up. He even discovered where one drain line went, which I didn't know, and suggested a couple minor repairs I could make to improve the flow. I should've called him before spending three hours with my pressure washer trying to do the repair myself. ;-)"

"My insurance adjuster referred me to Premier Restoration after a pipe burst between my first and second floor bathrooms and extensive pipe replacement was completed. It was such a relief to hand over the rebuilding work to them.  My initial contact was Jeff, who did a great job first of providing explanations of the process and then of coordinating the project, following up, trouble-shooting, and supporting me when I had questions or concerns.  Scott and Giovanni were a terrific work team--hard-working, good-humored, and trustworthy.  Special praise to Scott, who did such a beautiful job on the 2nd floor bathroom--including installing a new tile floor and rebuilding most of the drywall--that it now feels positively spa-like in there.  He is an amazing craftsman.  I really appreciated everyone at Premier Restoration who helped me out during a difficult time and on a complicated project like this one.

"We feel that Flow King let us down by not putting in enough effort on our project (and charging us $297 in the process), whereas a second company that we hired figured out our problem and charged us less money to do so! In fairness to Flow King, we never knew we had a clean out in our yard, and so we've always directed rooter companies to go through the stack in our basement. Silvio came promptly, which we appreciated. He worked on the drain using an arrow-head cutter. Despite running 150 feet of line, he told us he couldn't clear it. He ran a camera (which we didn't ask him to do) and told us that the camera got stuck around 7 feet out from the house. That was it. There was nothing else he could do. He proposed that we would need to spend around $4500 to install a clean out in our yard - which he looked for with a metal detector but couldn't find. When we complained the we were out nearly $300 and that our problem still wasn't solved, he seemed to indicate that we were better off now that we knew what our next steps were. After pressing him further, he did agree to take $300 off the cost of the future $4500 bill to come if we hired Flow King. Not being able to afford that currently - we called another company for a second opinion. Company #2, Gravity Drain Services, not only cleared the line with a u-shaped cutter, but they also found a clean out in our yard that was buried under a couple of inches of dirt! It's interesting, I asked Gravity about the arrowhead cutter (something I noticed Silvio using but didn't comment on because I really don't know much about it), and he said that the arrow head cutter is ALWAYS his last option only. After Silvio ran it, why didn't he try the traditional U-shaped cutter? In the end, we couldn't be happier with Gravity Drain - and were left disappointed by Flow King and out $297. Gravity was more persistent in solving the problem. They stuck with it until it was solved and saved us $4500. By contrast, Flow King seemed to just kind of give up, take their money, and leave."
