He finished in 90 minutes and that included going back to hardware store for a different color grout because he didn't like the way it looked. When done you could not tell the floor had been fixed. "They came into my apartment and cleaned the floor, and they put a sealer on the floor tiles and I have people in there they would fall in case it gets wet. It looks really nice. I have been happy with them. The owner Chuck Hunley is very sincere, does not seem to be intimidating, soft spoken and he guarantees his work so opposed to a lot of people. If one is not satisfied he will come out and make it right. As far as being on time, that is also a bad thing out here, people tell you they will be here and they don't show up, don't even call you to tell you that they are not coming so you spend a lot of time waiting and then being dissatisfied. I find his price is very fair. Overall I was very satisfied with them. I will use them again."

"new The real expertise of this company is installing and refinishing wood flooring. They are a small family-owned business who has been doing hardwood floor for many years. For our purposes though we needed to replace our water-damaged Pergo kitchen floor and were not satisfied with doing business with some of the larger flooring companies. I asked if they would take this on and they came out, provided samples and gave us a written replacement estimate. They schedule a start date. Took up the old Pergo flooring and then discovered many additional layers of flooring that should have been taken up with the original Pergo install. They went the extra mile and remove it all and then discovered mold form the water damage. They did the job right and handled the mold. Even got an air cleaner machine loaned to us for several days to ensure the mold was out of the air in our home. The install took a bit longer due to these obstacles, but we are very pleased with the install and are enjoying our beautiful new floor -- we would definitely recommend this company to others."
