"It took me over a year to find a company to remove a wall and remodel my kitchen. I was very pleased with DiJulio Contracting. I wanted to have a wall taken down in the kitchen in my townhouse to create some more space and open things up. "Omar was prompt with responding to our request for a kitchen remodel estimate. We were knocking down a wall in a galley style kitchen to open it up to the dining room and gain more counter space. His estimate was for his company's construction work and did not include the cabinetry, granite, and finished materials. This approach required a little more of our time to choose the cabinets and materials but allowed for a lot more flexibility in cost and quality. Omar provided a great set of companies he has worked with, some of which we ended up using. 
All Renovations estimated the work to take 2 weeks, which it would have if our cabinets arrived on time so not their fault at all. When the cabinets came in, they were quick to come back to finish the job despite it being outside of their preferred time frame. Jose (the foreman) made a special trip out to install our sink so we would be able to cook and clean. 
Jose did all of the work with one colleague. The finished product came out perfect. Jose was on time and his work was outstanding. His attention to detail was great, and he also double checked even the smallest decisions with my husband and I. He made great use of the additional pieces included with the cabinets to make a matching floor molding around the new peninsula. My husband and I were really impressed with how Jose was able to make it appear seamless where the wall came down and the ceilings/walls between the dining room and old kitchen met. The new tile flooring was even, the paint clean and even, and the trim work consistent. 
In addition to the quality of the work, Jose also gave valuable advice about key decisions and details, which was very helpful since it was our first kitchen remodel. Overall we had a very pleasant experience working with Omar and Jose. Omar gave a competitive price and kept tabs on the project while Jose was very flexible and did great work. My husband and I would strongly recommend All Renovations to anyone looking to do a kitchen remodel.

"This is our second 5-Star review for work accomplished on our 57 year old home this year by Vienna Prime Custom Kitchen & Bath (Prime Custom). The first was for the total refurbishment and modernization of our kitchen. This 2nd 5-Star review is for the total refurbishment/modernization of our 2 upstairs main bathrooms. The bathrooms project was more complicated and costlier than the whole kitchen project. The attached pictures tell the story. This time around we had the same designer/program manager team Feliz and Nick, but the onsite production manager was Milton who only had a minor role in the kitchen remodel. We were initially skeptical in this change, due to our prejudice for the outstanding success of the kitchen project. Our fears were immediately allayed, and we are so impressed by Team Milton. The quality of work, functionality and aesthetics of the remodeled bathrooms exceed our expectations. Additional credit is due to Milton’s expertise, recommendations, and patience."
