Smooth Sliders arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, offered a solution and carried out the repair right there and then, putting a new track and bearings in with a great result. "Sal did a good job cleaning the dirt off the driveway and pool area pavers.  Thought his price was a little high.  The issue we have is that he got so much dirt in our pool that I have been cleaning the pool for the last three days and the water is still not clear. I never had this problem with other Angie's list vendors that I have used in the past and when I did the job myself.
When I mentioned this to Sal, he stated "that's how it is, that's collateral damage."  I wasn't pleased with this response.
