"The service department came out and inspected my problem windows. One pane needs to be replaced due to lack of gas between the panes. The service technician demonstrated why one window leaked due to high pressure water on the window (greater pressure than hurricane rains.) I had one total window that had a white film on the upper portion of each panel. He blamed it on my sprinklers, which do not touch the windows. I was angry about his response because I couldn't understand how if it was caused by the sprinklers, why was it only on the upper portion and not at the middle or bottom of the window. (The window opens from bottom to top).The service tech. was able to use soap/water and a razor blade to scrap off the white film. Overall, the service tech. did a good to fair job. Hopefully, he contacted the appropriate person to get my one bad window replaced. I'm waiting to find out when they will replace the one window."

They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. "They showed up on time and sprayed the roof and patio and sidewalk. The chemicals smelled pretty strong but it rained as soon as they were finishing up. I asked if that would lessen the effectiveness of the treatment, they claimed no. I guess time will tell, since the roof has a 2 year warranty. The only problem is the low pressure spray doesn’t clean off any debris off of the driveway or sidewalk, leaving the dirt after the treatment."
