We were able to see all of the options to choose from, styles, colors, etc.  We wanted to replace our old sliding glass doors with French doors and Carey explained everything that needed to be done and helped us choose the proper layout for the side glass and French doors.  My husband and I had checked out a couple of competitors showrooms and I had fallen in love with a front door at one of them. D&D Aluminum didn't carry this line, but Carey said not to worry, he would be able to special order this door for us. "After seeing their product at the Minneapolis Home & Garden show we were convinced that this was the right product for our porch improvement work. The guys from EZ-Screen brought samples to our home to help us select frame color and installation method. They took careful measurements of all of the window and door openings and put our order in motion. A few weeks later our windows and door were delivered. <br /> <br /> We did this work at the same time we had some exterior siding work done by another contractor. We arranged to have that contractor do the actual installation of the EZ-Screen product. The rep from EZ-Screen came out to our site when the installation started to ensure that our contractor understood how to properly install the windows and door. "We bought our house in June of 2012.  Great canal location, solid house, but had been neglected and needed a lot of work.  Needed major concrete spalling repairs, doors and windows, kitchen and bath work, porch screens and ceiling.  Because we live 1700 miles away it was a long distance project.  We met with Jim after the closing in June, along with other contractors.  After checking reference and meeting in person with him we selected him to handle the project.  We are very happy we did.  Him and his crew have been great to work with and everything was completed when promised.  His men are a pleasure to be around.  Very polite, very good at what they do and neat and clean.  We have used Jim as resource for recommendations on other tradesman for work that his crew doesn't do.  Would highly recommend him for your remodeling work and a new house.  He has a very good reputation in the Lower Keys and has a good working relationship with the building inspectors, which is very important.  A major long distance project like ours can work if you have good people you can trust.  Be careful, there are a lot of pirates in the Keys, but there is also a lot of good people.  Luckily we got hooked up with the good ones.  Thanks to JIm, his crew, and the people he recommended.  Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions."

"Took forever to get them out but after many calls/complaints to the office they installed pavers, unfortunately it took 3 weeks later to get the cage  installed; the cage and pavers are fine; <br /> They wanted their check right away; we had some minor leaks but they never responded afterwards (no shows, no return calls, rudeness on phone) to repair them so I have given up on that; I did lodge a complaint with BBB . I would not recommend them to others- I think they have over extended themselves and can't or won't provide the timely service needed. <br />"

"Dwight from Cornerstone Construction is the REAL deal! I am probably one of the pickiest people when it comes to contractors. I have never liked a single one, but Dwight is absolutely wonderful. They have remodeled our entire kitchen (removed our whole old kitchen and replaced it with a brand new kitchen including appliances, exhaust, backsplash, etc) - it looks perfect, which I NEVER say. I have no conflict of interest....I am tired of contractors who don't do a good job so when I found Dwight, I was ecstatic. I have used his company for the build out of my medical office and always refer our friends and family to him."

"This is the second time we've hired Ted Strauss and Florida Fence and Screen and we've been delighted with the work both times.  The first job they completed for us was at our home in Tallahassee where they framed and screened our back porch.  They were prompt with the estimate and very knowledgeable when discussing how to maximize the view and minimize the framing.  They had to special order screening for the job and kept us updated regularly about the timing of the job.  When the workers arrived, they were quick, kept the job site clean, and did an excellent job.  We were so pleased with the work at our house, we contacted them to see if they would do our beach house near Rosemary Beach.  They were willing to do so and gave us a very competitive estimate.  The workers completed the job at the beach house with no supervision from us.  We were not present when they did the work.  When we arrived at the beach house we found they had done a perfect job.  Everything was exactly as I requested.  The screening is beautiful.  I highly recommend this company."
