"I will never suggest or call another company for any septic issues. We had a full septic replacement done by Green's in under 8 hours. The owner Dominique is a Master Contractor and is able to schedule inspections for a specific time, the work started at 7 AM, and they removed our old tank and drain field, installed a new tank and drain field, and had it inspected by 2 PM the same day. They covered the field and cleaned up by 4 PM. Most septic companies will leave your field and tank uncovered for days or weeks waiting for inspection. The price came in right at the estimate and was very reasonable. Absolutely great work."

"I called Chris at Glenn Tatum Plumbing Service to give me an estimate on the cost of installing a hot water heater that we had purchased. He quoted me an amount for installation and that was the amount I paid. He estimated that it would be 2 hours to install and it only took 1 1/2 hours. "For 7 years, I've had a/c problems. The drainage system would back up and shut off my system (by design). The a/c unit is on the 3rd floor of my townhouse, so if it didn't shut off, it would flood my living room on the 2nd floor! After several years of trying to figure out what the problem was, Westbrook spend several days and countless hours troubleshooting the issue. They finally were able to figure out that I had a double bend in the line that was preventing the excess water from draining out. They installed an automatic pump that senses when the water is backing up and flushes the hose. My a/c has now worked beautifully for more than a year! :)

"Installing the electrical service and providing an opening to run cables from the linen closet to the living room turned out to be a major project in itself because we discovered an interior concrete wall inside behind the drywall that separated the two. The guys had to drill through the concrete to install the outlet and to created an opening to run cables from the closet to the TV and DVR in the living room. That same concrete wall complicated installing the power outlet near the AC & hot water heater and the wall light in the area. It ended up being easier to tap power from the guest bathroom and route it through the AC closet than to drill another set of holes in the concrete. All of this added substantially to the time required to do the work, and hence to the cost, but it was worth it. Despite the unexpected problems the guys were able to figure out a way to get the result I wanted, and I'm delighted with the final outcome."
