When then weather improved and the snow melted, on February 3rd, he came by with his assistant to hold and steady the ladder while he climbed up detached the antenna from the separated mast, attached the antenna to a new mast and secured it in place. After he oriented the antenna toward downtown, he waited on the roof, in the cold, while I rescanned my televisions. The price was reasonable, the work done extremely competently and Raffi was a pleasure to work with."
