Our system was completely empty he advised us that the price to completely fill the system was about a grand and told us it is our call but ultimately the system has a leak, he could fill it and charge us the price and be without ac not much longer than a season if we were lucky. We chose to just replace the system. The sales rep was out here on time the next day he was also very professional and nice, then at the end of that meeting we were lucky enough to be able to get the AC installed the very next day which was Friday. The install guys were great also! They arrived early to my surprise which I was happy about. I was quoted about 6 to 8 hrs for install and the install team was quick 4 and a half hrs later new system was in and running great. It was a wonderful experience for such a large task"
