I have never had to use an investigative agency, I would not have known where to look or how to evaluate their work. Cavallo and Associates took a potentially thorny situation and demystified it. They were professional, compassionate, tenacious, they kept me informed at at times. They kept me informed by emailing me, by calling me. "Very poor work. Better off hiring someone on the side than these guys. We already had our system. The salesperson visited and quoted work. Both he and the installers tried to sell me additional and unnecessary equipment. For example, both salespeople and installers tried to sell me plastic boxes to cover each of the outdoor cameras *for their protection*. Bogus! Not to mention those boxes are so ugly. They completed the job and the cameras work, but nothing was configured and the wires were just left lying haphazardly across the floor. Bad work equal to what you would get hiring *that guy someone knows*."

New pool heater installed at our new home in Florida.  .  Aarow came at the exact time he said he would, and the work was completed in less than  1 1/2hours.  Very neat and clean. No clean up or mess for us to do.   .

The technician had to remove a small bush, which he did at no extra charge. We were thrilled at the work done and the competancy of the electrician.  We would highly recommend Aarrow for any and all electrical work you need to have done.
