The dryer vent was very difficult to access on a stacked unit, and was so blocked, the tubing had close to a gallon of water in it, likely condensation from wet clothes. No wonder it would barely dry anything! He cleaned the roof vent as well. Pleasant and friendly and did the job in a timely manner. I could not be more pleased."
