"I am not one to write stellar reviews these days but this will be an exception. My refrigerator was no longer keeping cold and ice cream was soup in the freezer. Did not have a known solution so I searched on Angi which came up with 4 options. Russell (RJ Appliance Repair) was extremely prompt in replying to my needs and was very professional and seemed honest so I figured I would try until I had a reason to move on. Russell came out and gave me my options and I decided to get a new one which was a bit of a challenge due to space requirements. I had a new one installed and found Russell to be awesome through the whole process. He was very prompt, professional, friendly, honest and informative through the whole process.
