He had a plumbing contractor come over the next day to hood up the dishwasher and new sink which Mark installed. Mark followed up the next day to see if we needed anything else and is we satisfied with everything."

"Stay away from this company. If you need to have a septic system inspected prior to buying a home call literally anyone else. Doing a poor inspection and leaving someone stuck with a massive repair bill is one thing, but flat out ignoring you and going to every possible length to avoid rectifying their mistake is disgusting. Save yourself the headache and money. UPDATE AS OF 01/20/2021: Update from prior review: Kyle finally called me a week ago making promises of getting the issues resolved. Told me I would receive a quote and he would come out to my home the following Tuesday to "take measurements" and discuss. Today is Tuesday and he was a no show. No response about the quote either. Multiple emails and messages with the secretary staff and I am again being avoided. Seriously use ANY other septic company if you don't want to get swindled."
