"Finding Ron and Certified Plumbing was my lucky day. My long time plumber had retired and I was in the market for a new water heater. I did my research on brands and features, had a good idea of what I thought would work, and then picked 3 top rated vendors to get bids from. Not even close, Ron was the most responsive and the most diligent in scoping out my issues and concerns. He was the only plumber willing to find time to come by and map out my requirements before giving me a bid. The others quoted me a price over the phone for a unit I had no idea, or did they, would fit where I wanted and do what I wanted the unit to do. I've learned over the years it's not just the product. After all, most of these units are made in the same type factory with the same type engineering. The key ingredient for success and years of carefree use is how it gets installed. Ron gave me choices with the pro and cons of the different units I was considering. Surprisingly Ron always guided me towards the least expensive options but still letting me know they would comfortably meet my basic requirements. The guy is honest to a fault. A quality you don’t see much anymore. I opted for a unit with a few more options and Ron still gave me a great price. I never bothered to call back the other vendors for a written quote. Trust and confidence hold great value these days. Ron projects both those assets. On delivery day Ron called first and showed up right on time. He upgraded a few older pipes for a better connection, as we discussed, and in a few hours, with his helper, had the install completed. They cleaned up after themselves and my garage looked like nothing happened. EXCEPT; I got a great new water heater, with a 12 year warranty, a bunch of consumer friendly options, exactly where I wanted it located, with upgraded hardware, and at a really great price. Ron the owner is a real professional who knows his craft. He covered all the bases to make sure I got what I needed and what I wanted. He was patient and responsive with all my questions and really came through in the end with a flawless install. Needless to say Certified is our homes new plumber. "David Gray A/C, Plumbing & Electrical was hired by me to install two LED ceiling fixtures and adjust another LED fixture. My goal was to add more overhead light in a rather dark entryway leading from the garage to the home and connecting the hallway. As an overview, David Gray’s appointment procedures gave me the flexibility to select a date, day of the week, and time to do the work. They called me about a half-hour before their arrival time. I was very pleased with the two-man team that was sent to do the work. Andrew Knight, the technician went over the work and provided me with an estimate before they began. He gave me an overview of the work…he explained what needed to be done with the new LED fixtures and installed the fixtures according to proper electrical code…he also gave me an option to choose the light color that I felt would be pleasant and accomplish my goals…he adjusted the color on each fixture from SOFT WHITE to DAYLIGHT…I selected BRIGHT WHITE (4000K)…this selection gave me the extra brightness for a safe entryway and hallway. The team worked efficiently, treated me with respect, and cleaned up the work areas. I was very pleased with the outcome…I now have a far safer home environment that I can enjoy and rely on when friends and family members visit. "Showed up right on time. Had all of the gear needed to do the job.  He ran into some problems because this condo unit never had the problem drain access installed on the outside.  Eventually, he was able to resolve the issue by using the sink drain access. He pulled a rootball from the system which was so large it almost did pass through the pipe.  Everything was working perfectly. He advised of the additional repairs that will need to be done to the drain line outside the unit.  Since our condominium association maintains the plumbing outside the condo, I didn't have him schedule the repair as the management company has their on contractors they use.  The plumber left everything if perfect condition sand cleaned up the area in which they were working.  The price may sound a little high, but I don't think it was because of no drain access, it took three hours for them to complete the job. Had this been a new unit with proper plumbing, it would have been much less labor intensive and would have cost significantly less.  I will definitely call Glenn Tatum Pluming should I need any additional work... and I give then an A rating .. on everything. Excellent.

"I initially contacted Filtration Direct through an Angie's List Big Deal promotion. After receiving a call and discussing my options, I opted for the entire home water filter system.
The installer showed up in the morning and discussed with me where it would be installed. Fortunately we had a good spot on the outside of our house. Since the tanks are guaranteed for life, I was not worried about them being out in the elements. The installer did a good job of installing, and even ran the electrical under a concrete pavement to keep it hidden.
Overall really happy with the purchase and the installation.
I primarily installed the systems as I was seeing corrosion on many of my water faucets in the house. Since this is a relatively new home, we are the original owners, I hope that this will increase the longevity of the fixtures.

"I bought a new hot water heater that needed to be installed. I also had a new toilet to be installed. The water heater was a typical install. The toilet, however, was a different story. The old toilet's bolts had rusted and the flange in the floor had also rusted and was no longer attached. Joe went to the plumbing supply to get the parts needed and was able to install the new toilet without further complications."
