"Youâ  re shortchanging yourself if you donâ  t hire Ron to complete your service repairs. I had an old refrigerator that was on its last legs. I put out a service request on the evening of December 23 with expectations that Iâ  d be without a working refrigerator freezer until after Christmas. Fortunately though, there are thoughtful, caring individuals like Ron. He was at my home by 11 AM on Christmas Eve. He confirmed my worst fear. The old refrigerator would cost more to repair than it would to buy a new one. The next problem, how to get a refrigerator delivered on Christmas Eve. Ron made calls to his contacts at local stores, but to no avail. But he wasnâ  t done. He offered to go to a big box store where I could buy a new refrigerator and load it on his truck and subsequently install it at my home. All told, Ron spent about 3 hours with us diagnosing, making phone calls on my behalf, shopping delivering and installing a new refrigerator ON CHRISTMAS EVE!!! And the cost? A$50 service charge! I hope the tip that I provided was sufficient. Iâ  ll call Ron first whenever I have any future appliance service questions or concerns."
