"Exactly as planned without a single hitch. A clip had somehow become flipped up during installation resulting in a very small but immediately noticable leak. I called Eric Payne and the crew showed up the next day to implement a complete repair. Additionally, and I think most telling of their attention to detail and customer focus is this; During the normal course of a standard roof replacement, it was discovered that there was major wood decay and rot that caused extensive mold and other visible/structural damage. The THR crew never skipped a beat. They brought in additional supplies and effected a complete repair."

"It went great.  Contact was made the day I was told it would.  Ed was late but called to say he'd be there.  Ed is a great guy and knows his stuff.  Eddie and Wally installed the fasica and gutters.  Wally is a pro at gutter installation, made some recommendations and we followed them.  Installing seamless gutters, to me, is not easy, but they managed to do it.  There are absolutely no seams.  I would use them again and highly recommend them for anyone who needs new gutters.  The price is quite inexpensive for the work performed.

"I had a 'problem' door in the kitchen which swung open blocking a door into the garage. I asked Mark for advice in solving this problem. He suggested using a pocket door thus eliminating the problem of the door swinging open in one direction and blocking access to the garage or if it swung in the other direction it would block the door to my yard. Mark picked up the door from the store for me. He removed and hauled away all related debris. The door is now installed and working great. Problem solved. Cost was exactly as estimated $600 that included the new door and all related labor & debris removal. He did such a good job I gave him the job of remodeling the entire kitchen. I'll post a review when it's completed."
