"David Gray A/C, Plumbing & Electrical was hired by me to install two LED ceiling fixtures and adjust another LED fixture. My goal was to add more overhead light in a rather dark entryway leading from the garage to the home and connecting the hallway. As an overview, David Gray’s appointment procedures gave me the flexibility to select a date, day of the week, and time to do the work. They called me about a half-hour before their arrival time. I was very pleased with the two-man team that was sent to do the work. Andrew Knight, the technician went over the work and provided me with an estimate before they began. He gave me an overview of the work…he explained what needed to be done with the new LED fixtures and installed the fixtures according to proper electrical code…he also gave me an option to choose the light color that I felt would be pleasant and accomplish my goals…he adjusted the color on each fixture from SOFT WHITE to DAYLIGHT…I selected BRIGHT WHITE (4000K)…this selection gave me the extra brightness for a safe entryway and hallway. The team worked efficiently, treated me with respect, and cleaned up the work areas. I was very pleased with the outcome…I now have a far safer home environment that I can enjoy and rely on when friends and family members visit. "Showed up right on time. Had all of the gear needed to do the job.  He ran into some problems because this condo unit never had the problem drain access installed on the outside.  Eventually, he was able to resolve the issue by using the sink drain access. He pulled a rootball from the system which was so large it almost did pass through the pipe.  Everything was working perfectly. He advised of the additional repairs that will need to be done to the drain line outside the unit.  Since our condominium association maintains the plumbing outside the condo, I didn't have him schedule the repair as the management company has their on contractors they use.  The plumber left everything if perfect condition sand cleaned up the area in which they were working.  The price may sound a little high, but I don't think it was because of no drain access, it took three hours for them to complete the job. Had this been a new unit with proper plumbing, it would have been much less labor intensive and would have cost significantly less.  I will definitely call Glenn Tatum Pluming should I need any additional work... and I give then an A rating .. on everything. Excellent.

"I initially contacted Filtration Direct through an Angie's List Big Deal promotion. After receiving a call and discussing my options, I opted for the entire home water filter system.
The installer showed up in the morning and discussed with me where it would be installed. Fortunately we had a good spot on the outside of our house. Since the tanks are guaranteed for life, I was not worried about them being out in the elements. The installer did a good job of installing, and even ran the electrical under a concrete pavement to keep it hidden.
Overall really happy with the purchase and the installation.
I primarily installed the systems as I was seeing corrosion on many of my water faucets in the house. Since this is a relatively new home, we are the original owners, I hope that this will increase the longevity of the fixtures.

"After having Florida Leak Locators come out and patch our pool over the last few years, we decided to go ahead and take care of the overall problem. This happened to be mostly our skimmer and some areas of grout. They were kind enough to take the amount that we had spent on patches with them and put it towards the overall bill for repair. They were able to get me scheduled within 2 weeks, which considering the items they had to do would take a whole day, that's pretty good scheduling. They sent out Angel who was there promptly on time early in the morning. The work was done in timely fashion and as a added bonus, he found some of the work didn't need to be done and instead of still charging the same, they reduced the bill some amount to compensate. That's the sign of a good company. I recommended them before for any leak detection and now I can recommend them for pool leak repairs. I would use them again, but hope i don't have to :)"

"I was pretty nervous about having this work done.  But since I couldn't afford a new tub (installation costs yikes!) I opted for the resurfacing.   I got lots of estimates and although Ike's quote was not the lowest, the process he described sounded much more thorough than what others described.  He would sand it, bond the chip, prime it and spray 2-3 coats.  
He was punctual and very friendly both when he gave me quote and when he performed the work.  He and his crew (really his family...so nice) put down drop cloths everywhere they walked and covered everything in the vicinity of the tub.  They even had a fan and long hose to vent the fumes out of the house.   
When finished, he caulked the tub (we had replaced the tile and hadn't caulked yet) around the walls and reinstalled the drain.   Very clean.  The only thing was he used some sort of caulk that started falling apart after a couple weeks.  Maybe it old or maybe just a cheap caulk.  Not sure.  No big deal though I just pulled it out and redid it with my own fancy caulk.  Next time, I'll hand him my choice of caulk and I know he'll do the job.
He gave us instructions on how to take care of the new surface (cleaning, etc) and we've followed it to a "T".
It's been 6 months and the tub still looks great and the chip fix is still perfect.  I would definitely use Porcelite again.

"I bought a new hot water heater that needed to be installed. I also had a new toilet to be installed. The water heater was a typical install. The toilet, however, was a different story. The old toilet's bolts had rusted and the flange in the floor had also rusted and was no longer attached. Joe went to the plumbing supply to get the parts needed and was able to install the new toilet without further complications."
