However, prior to applying the window tint, I was given an explanation as to density and legality of the various tints. Approximately 1-1/2 hours later, window tinting was finished. I was given explicit instructions regarding the next 5-7 days to insure that bubbles would not appear in the film. I was also advised that the service was 100% guaranteed. Professionalism? 150%!"

"I purchased this window tint in July, 2016 to mitigate for heat transfer as my home is north facing (southern exposure in the rear of the house where there are many windows). I was assured that the tint would reduce the heat significantly which would, in turn, reduce my energy costs. Unfortunately, the tint did little to nothing to reduce heat from coming through the window. For those who would say the windows are the problem (poor design/product, etc.) I will offer objective proof in the form of a laser/infrared thermometer where readings were nearly 115 degrees in the morning and 130 degrees at noon! Certainly, the heat radiates out from said windows causing temps nearly 5 degrees higher than the rest of the house! That, coupled with a $300 electric bill, have me in negotiations with the company which sold and installed the product. I will update at a later date with the resolution. I paid $2080 for the work. Wish me luck..."

Her old tint was such that she had to roll down the windows at night to back out and turn into traffic. She's loving the new tint job. It helps keep the heat out and looks awesome doing it. He was very knowledgeable about products and made suggestions to what film would meet my expectations. No pressure and very courteous. The job was scheduled for 4/16/2015. The installer arrived on time, helped move some furniture and started work right away. He was very experienced and explained what he was doing as he went along. Job was completed in a couple of hours. The installer cleaned up all material waste and gave me instructions on maintaining the film and what products were safe to use.
