"We had vinyl flooring installed throughout our house. The crew removed the old carpet, baseboards and some tile. They installed new baseboard and flooring. Javier's crew did a FANTASTIC JOB! The price was very reasonable, and it was easy to communicate with Javier. We were told what time the crew would arrive and how long it would take to complete the work. After the flooring was installed, the crew cleaned up and didn't leave a mess on the floor. they are very friendly and nice. They installed flooring in another house that we had and because they do GREAT work we had them do our house. I HIGHLY recommend Monteros Hardwood Flooring."

"Byron showed up on the agreed date / time to begin the work. He first helped me move the large furniture out of the room, and then he removed the existing carpeting and pad. After that, he prepared the concrete for the new flooring. Once the concrete was ready he installed the vapor barrier and then the insulation layer... and then the floor. Byron planned the layout so the wood patterns were optimal. To save me money, he was careful not to damage the existing molding. Lastly he installed the 1/4 round shoe base to cover any space between the existing molding and the floor. The final step was the install of the T-molding at the doorways. Byron's effort to provide an excellent outcome was very much appreciated. I am extremely happy with the outcome. He's a professional that takes pride in his work."

"I am grateful for Scott Schneider of Olde Tyme Floor Company for solving a mystery! I have just had engineered wood flooring installed in my home, (by a general contractor, not a specialized flooring contractor like Scott - mistake #1!) and couldn't understand why I didn't like the finished result!!! So I reached out to Olde Tyme to refinish my BRAND NEW FLOORS (I know - crazy!) Scott immediately diagnosed the problem and, thankfully, it was fixable! - The installer that I used (not Scott) didn't properly clean up after installation, which left a very visible and unsightly gluey "haze" - a film over the entire project, which wouldn't come off with regular wood-floor cleaner. There were even foot prints (presumably glue) from the installers' shoes! Scott very kindly, on his off hours, detailed the steps I needed to take to fix the problem - namely, insisting that the original installer return and properly clean the entire floor. ***I would absolutely hire Olde Tyme Floor Co.to install any future floors. It seems strange to say so much good about this company like it's a perfect company but our experience was suburb. We will be hiring them again to do more work for us.

"After wour father passed away in January, we decided to keep his home and prepare it for a rental.  As we needed new carpeting and window coverings throughout, we contacted several companies for bids one carpeting and for mini-blinds.
After reviewing Angie's List, we walked into Felikian's on a Saturday morning.  We were immediately greeted by Andre, the manager.  He listened as we explained our situation and then offered to show us samples.  He did not try to up-sell us but rather explained what he thought best for a quality rental property.
We made arrangements for Andre to visit the property to measure the floor and windows.  He called a couple days later and gave us the estimate for carpeting and then mini-blinds.  We returned to see him the following Saturday and paid for the work.  Although I had my Angie's List ad for Felikians, offering no sales tax, in my briefcase, Andre presented us with his written estimate and it already included the no tax offer.  We were pleased.
Andre called a few days later and said that they would be ready to install the carpeting and mini-blinds.  We delivered the keys to him and explained how to turn off the home's alarm.  On the day they arrived to install, our handyman, a trusted friend, was there to do other work.  He called me later to tell me how professional, efficient and friendly the installers were.
When we visited the property a few days later, we inspected everything and were amazed at the qu ality of the products and the work as performed.  Andre and Felikian's Carpeting are outstanding!
