"They're really good. Their responsiveness is excellent. The even came over right away before a storm. I was having trouble with one of my shutters and they came out right away that same day and helped me shut it before the storm. Shop around and find the best price. They're honest and they do great work."

They did a great great job!! (a little backround .....so the man who sold us our house screwed us in so many ways but in this case he broke off the screws in the walls for the hurricane shutters then stucco them shut and painted over them) Thank God for Josh and Renee they came over explained what needed to be done re-drilled all new holes and did a phenomenal job!! "It went just like it has on the three different occasions that I have used D & D, without any complications. They are professional and a pleasure to deal with, which is virtually impossible to find these days. Since they are a manufacturer, not just installers, they are extremely expedient and they make shutters that fit perfectly. They have excellent follow up. I give them my highest recommendation.

"During the quotation process, the communications were great.  Once we got our approvals and were ready for installation, they stopped communicating.  I had to call them to ensure our installation was scheduled for a day we had requested, and to get them to pick a date to do the final measurement.  The actual installation went well, except for a few minor glitches which they agreed to fix.  Then the building inspector failed the electrical connections, and that took 2 trips to get resolved.  The company was very willing to fix everything that needed to be fixed.  I just wish it hadn't taken 3 tries to get everything right, and that they had communicated better along the way.
