"Freezer was given to us by my mother who bought it new in 1993. When we plugged it in it wouldn’t get cold. I Was expecting a large delivery of beef so time was critical. Paul was very responsive and arranged in short notice to have an experienced technician, Jesus, come do the repair, even located replacement parts which based on age was a challenge. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend."

"He's great, he showed up when he was supposed, he did was he was supposed going to in the instruction that he said he was going to and did a nice job. I've used them twice in the past few months, they installed the gas line prior to that too."

"The plumber that they sent, did not know how to install the dishwasher, took more than 2 hours, I had to keep going to Home Depot to buy parts that he needed, in the end, it wasnt set up correctly.  We fortunately got new flooring installed and the flooring contractor had to reinstall the dishwasher which was not set up correctly.
The newbie plumber was very nervous (I assume because he didnt know what he was doing) and also left a nice giant mess.
I wanted to wait a while to leave a review because I didn't to get this guy in trouble, since setting up new appliances is not his forte.  I just feel that this was a waste of $.
