"The first thing was the contractor, Dony, not only showed up on time but he arrived before the scheduled arrival time. I am an on time person so this was a plus for me. I had water building up in the water well which was falling into the basement like a waterfall. Plumber felt the drain may have been clogged. At first this seemed like a simple job, unclog the drain. Apparently the access area to the clog was too small. I thought I would be stuck with water clean up for a while. Dony went into the basement, and had to take down some of the drywall to try to locate the source of the water leak. He cut the pipe and voila, the clog was readily visible. The area was cleared, a test was run to make sure no more water was backing up. I was a happy camper. The next day there was again, water in the basement coming from a different source. I called Dony and he came over right away. He determined the cause of the leak and took the steps necessary to secure the leaky pipe. I would definitely use this company again. First of all the punctuality went a long way and perseverance to continue working until the problem areas were addressed."

Ed, the owner of the company, was the plumber who completed this work at my house.  He was professional, experienced, and very respectful of my home.  He completed all of the work I needed.  He knew exactly what the toilet leak problem was and he was able to get the part to repair it.  I purchased the kitchen faucet that I wanted installed, and he did this work well.  He was also able to tighten the toilet in my main bathroom and even caulked it along the floor to add stability.  My previous contractor forgot to do this!  I was very grateful for Ed's knowledge and expertise.  I have used other plumbers in the past, but now I feel like I have found the one I want to use all the time when I need plumbing work.  I highly recommend Ed's company (EFD Plumbing).  Service costs were reasonable and Ed was considerate of costs as we discussed pricing for all of the work. Everything about this experience with EFD Plumbing was excellent.  I will recommend this company to my friends and family!

"They had very good availability. They came and did everything as fast as they could. It was very convenient that way. The bad would be that they painted the window seal white. It had previously been a dark color, and I am not sure if they primed it good enough. You can still see the dark color through it. If we used them again we would go over our specifications a little more carefully before hand."

"We needed to have our antiquated and failing sewer main replaced, a big job. I would rate 10 stars if I could! I could not be more pleased with the service and the outcome. Bill came out quickly and provided an extremely competitive estimate. They started the following weekday. They arranged for all utility markings and permit, and handled all of the interactions with the utilities and township. They were able to maneuver the new PVC pipe around trees on our lawn so none had to be removed. The work was completed in 3 days total. It would have been completed in 2 days, but one of the utilities did not mark their lines correctly resulting in more work for them, and the township inspector arrived extremely late which delayed them in filling the trench. They worked past 8 pm on two of the days. They came back late one day to clear water that flowed into the trench after a heavy rain. Extremely professional. Super friendly service, and excellent communication throughout the project. They specialize in sewer mains and underground plumbing, and have seen it all. This is one of the best experiences I have ever had with a contractor!"

"Prior to performing the work, the plumber accurately identified to location of the leaking pipe within the wall.  Other plumbers suggested that the leak was elsewhere but the plumber from T McCall's was spot on.
I brought the plumber from T McCall's back in to perform the plumbing work after the demolition and drying was completed and he was very knowledgeable and conscientious.  While other plumbers attempted to up-sell to get more work out of me, T McCall's plumber provided a fair assessment of the problem.
