"This company is nothing but a scamming company. Will not tell customer the pricing up front but will charge credit card without an invoice at time of working on unit. Overcharge for warranty item. $1904.40 to install warranty circuit board. They will not contact me by phone nor email. Paid $4,000 for their program which does not good when they over charge to install warranty parts. THIS PART OTHER CARRIER COMPANIES CHARGE $110 NOT $1904.40. SAVE YOURSELF MONEY AND DO NOT SUPPORT THIS SCAMMING COMPANY."

"Charlie was great. The issue I have is with the pricing. Charlie eliminated a leak from the supply side so he wanted to put a camera down the drain pipe outside the kitchen. He discovered that the drain pipe had alot of grease etc in it and thought water may be backing up and leaking onto the stem wall. He offered to do a jet wash and it would be $1080. I did want the pipe cleaned and agreed to have it done. I am currenlty not sure if this will fix the stem wall issue. He was here about an hour on 2 separate days and the total bill was $1300. I know there are equipment costs etc, but wow. Phend plumbing performed the plumbing work on our house back in 2015 when we did a complete re-model. We used Dublin construction and Pete was at our house a few times so I thought it would be good to use Phend again. I remember back then having issues with the kitchen sink. Pete had to come out and re do what the other guy did because he did it wrong. I watched Charlie shove a hose in the drain pipe back and forth for about 15 minutes. I really don't think a service like this should cost over $1000."

"The response was fast (24 hours). The price was ridiculously HIGH. The tech was here for 33 minutes, the part (retail at home Depot) was under $55, the total was $291. I was told it was a "flat rate" of $275 plus tax. If you too are teacher or anyone with a regular job, I'd suggest you hire anyone else. pros - fast response cons - WAY OVERPRICED (charged me $400 per hour for labor)"

"Our construciton started April 9, 2024 finished on with crew coming in. The crew of 5 gentlemen was outstanding, the team work and the communication exchanged with them was remarkable. Very respectful, courteous to us in our home while working. Each day the Neil would tell us what was going to be done step by step, if they had come across a hiccup, they would address with Cezar , then they would tell us. This project 6 days, I said no to have crew in on Sundays and 1/2 day only on Saturday, project finshed up on on April 15, 2024 with last details. Believe me on a home this old which I'm 2 owner lived in 36 years you have HICCUPS which are to be expected."
