"Very responsive from the initial call-back to the inspection. The inspectors provided many options and gave several recommendations. Once I agreed to have the water heater replaced, the inspectors left and indicated that the install technicians would be over to perform the work. The installers arrived within an hour or so and replaced the water heater. They did excellent work and upgraded a few connections in the process. I would recommend this company for plumbing work."

"La Darian was terrific. He came to inspect the plumbing and discovered that the house needed a water pressure reducing valve due to high pressure. In addition, the water heater was nearing its end of life. He was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. He worked within my time frame on consecutive days. He was on time, worked steady and completed the job in an efficient manner. He was easy to talk with and informed me each step of the way of the process. He presented me with choices when it came to purchasing my needed products. I want La Darian to work on any plumbing needs I may have in the future. He is a top notch professional."

"Glenn is a great salesman. I very much appreciated how up front and honest he was about his products. It became clear to me very quickly that I wanted to consider going with them for my purchase. I asked Glenn the same questions repeatedly for a few days until I had understood everything I was uncertain about. He was more than patient and willing to help me. I ended up going with the higher end water conditioner unit. Install went relatively smoothly. My house was not pre plumbed for a water softener, so there was some extra work involved. His contractors were friendly. They didn't mind me watching the install as I was intrigued by the whole process. When they left they made sure to clean up any mess they had made. The install location was a big of a compromise from what I originally wanted, but I think it will work just fine. At the end of the day I couldn't get the other companies to give me quotes, come out to my home for a face to face, and the prices I did see from the competition was not anywhere near ballpark for Fresh Mountain in regards to quality and value. These guys know what they are doing, they stand behind their products confidently and are patient when you have questions. I'll be passing along the word to friends and family. Thanks again, Glenn!"

"I called American Discount Plumbing to install a under the sink garbage disposal for me in the kitchen.I called Pavel on Monday and he came over to assess the situation and got an idea of what he had to get in materials etc and he came over Tuesday morning and did my job.A matter of fact he called me and asked me if he could come over a little early and that was really helpful! He got started promptly and took out all the old plumbing and had to install all new plumbing because my plumbing wasn't set up for a garbage disposal. He got it all in and checked for leaks and made sure everything was working properly. He even put in a new drain on the other side for no extra charge! He put all of his garbage in a plastic bag and cleaned up after himself.I have not one negative comment about the quality of service i got.Pavel is a quality oriented professional and he's great on the price too! He's the only plumber i have in my phone book.

"Todd created and installed a plugging device in short order. In addition he and his colleague Hugh moved the refrigerator for me! At some future date I will ask Onsite to replace the broken valve. Onsite Plumbing continues to be my first choice for plumbing needs."

"Mike Steele installed two toilets and one utility sink in the laundry room. Mike performed all of the work in the highest professional standard and completed all of the installations in a very timely manner. One of the toilets was faulty and he was quick to replace the unit although the work that was required was on a Saturday. I could not have asked for better customer service and will use Mike exclusively from now on for all our plumbing needs in Pinetop-Lakeside."
