"The installers were Adam & Ryan. They were here on time and had the walk-in shower completed in 8 to 9 hours not ever taking a break. The primary walk-in shower looks fine. Cleaned up the work areas and made sure everything was ok with me. However, if I had this to do over again I would not hire USA. The workers Adam and Ryan were wonderful and professional. They knew what they were doing and worked well together. However, my experience with the salesman was just horrible. He took a very long time asking what we expected with the showers and it became annoying and I was ready to move on and actually show him our shower arrangements. After a very long time and much more discussion than was necessary, he finally took measurements and showed us the products that I had asked about in the beginning. It's hard to believe that he was trained to do what he did. He was here for 3 hours! I have no complains about the company as such only this salesman."

"Everything went perfect, from demo till finished product. Demo started on April 9th and finished the entire project on April 20th. Each job ( demo, plumbing, tiling, glass ) were on time and done in a professional manner!! Highly recommend there services!! Thank you Paul and all the guys who worked on this project!!
