"Installed shades a year ago and nothing but problems. They have come back months later at a time to touch up things and my main shade still doesn't operate correctly. It is now separating from the wall which I sent photos to DJ, the owner only to get no response and now it almost falling off and inoperable! I HAVE SENT MANY EMAILS AND left many PHONE CALLS ONLY TO BE DELAYED WITH EXCUSES AND DELAYS BLAMING SOMETHING ELSE and not them. I thought these were good people only to realize they are not what they display to be. I have used multiple contractors on my home in Scottsdale and these are, by far, the worst.
